Another Introduction

Hello! I am the other half of this blogging duo. My name is Claire and I am 15 years old. I come to you from the United States of America which just recently turned 237 years old. Why that is relevant I truly do not know.

As for things about me, there isn’t very much to know. I live in a small town in western Wisconsin on a “farm” of sorts, but we don’t actually farm anything, we just have horses, chickens, and lots of land. So it’s really more of a pseudo-farm. I go to a small high school, I don’t have many friends (most of my friends live in Minnesota, where I grew up), and I have two sisters, both younger than me. I have lived in 3 different states in my lifetime and have visited something like 9 or 10, depending on if you count Washington D.C. or not. I’ve left the U.S. twice, once to go to Mexico and once to the Dominican Republic. I travel quite a bit. My next trip I have planned is to France next summer and I am going without my family, so that’s exciting.

If you want to know what I look like, picture a leprechaun. I am short. I am pale. I have freckles. I dance strangely. Just no red hair, my hair is dirty blonde (most people think) or light brown (some people think). It’s an ongoing debate, I will let you know if we ever come to a conclusion.

My interests include reading, writing, drawing, figure skating, and science. Strange mix, I know. Reading is probably my absolute favorite thing to do. It is my goal to read 25 books by the end of the summer, so I will let you know if I achieve that and what my favorite books were and stuff. So far, my favorite of the summer has been The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson and the sequel, The Madness Underneath (*Warning! This series is emotionally distressing*)

I am now going to see Despicable Me 2, the sequel to one of my all time favorite movies! I mean, the nerdfighter references! So, I will see you next week!
